1. Data Controller

2. Personal Data We Collect

2.1 Contact and demo requests. When you submit a contact or demo request via our Website, we collect your first name, last name, email address, company name, and any information you include in your message. We use this data to respond to your inquiry and manage our business relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). We retain this data for as long as the inquiry remains active and for up to three (3) years thereafter.

2.2 Newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any newsletter email. We delete your data promptly upon unsubscription.

2.3 Website analytics. We collect anonymised usage data about how visitors interact with our Website (pages visited, session duration, browser type, device type). This processing is based on your consent, obtained via our cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time by managing your cookie preferences. 2.4 Platform customers. Timper acts as a data processor under the GDPR when providing its SaaS platform to business customers. Platform data is hosted exclusively in the European Union. Processing terms are set out in Timper's General Terms and Conditions and any applicable data processing agreement.

3. Data Sharing

We may share your personal data with our employees and service providers to the extent necessary to operate our business, under appropriate contractual protections. PostHog, our analytics provider, acts as a data processor under our instructions.

We do not sell your personal data. Except as described above, we do not share your personal data with third parties.

4. Sub-processors

Sub-processors may process limited data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, Timper relies on the safeguards required under Chapter V GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses. A current list of sub-processors is available to customers on request.

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to: (a) access your personal data held by Timper; (b) request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data; (c) request erasure of your data where no longer necessary; (d) restrict or object to processing; (e) request data portability; and (f) withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
